Notice Concerning Succession of Clock Sales Business from Seiko Time Creation Inc.

Seiko Watch Corporation (Head office in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter “SWC”) will take over the clock sales business from Seiko Time Creation Inc. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo) and start a new organization on April 1, 2025.

With this business transfer, SWC will respond promptly and accurately to the diverse needs of the clock business within the Seiko Group, and will strive to expand its business by collaborating with the watch business.
